This is a static site. It is easier to describe what it does not do.
What this website collects
Nothing. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies, no embedded fonts or scripts loaded from other companies, and no forms. Every file the page needs is served from this domain.
The host that serves the site keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses and requested URLs, for security and troubleshooting. We do not connect those logs to anything else.
What we collect when you contact us
When you call (904) 822-9883, we keep what you tell us — your name, how to reach you, the address of the appliance and what it is doing — for as long as we need it to carry out and warrant the repair. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone who is not part of completing your job.
Parts suppliers
Ordering a part sometimes means giving a supplier a delivery address and your appliance's model and serial number. That is the extent of what leaves this business, and only when a part is actually on order.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version replaces this page. There is no mailing list to notify, because there is no mailing list.
